Ego? I think so
The defenition of ego is...
An exaggerated sense of self-importance; conceit.
So when you're in the store and you see Oprah's magazine every month with her picture on the cover, how can you help but to have that word pop into your head?
It's everyone's dream to be on the cover of rolling stone, but to make your own magazine and put yourself on the cover is just over the top. I mean, come on...who wants to buy this...

Whenever I see that magazine when I'm with someone in the store I say, "Wow, look Oprah made the cover again ... That's quite a streak going!"
I hope I'm allowed to give my friend Joe Macnamara a plug on here. If you are in the Windsor Hill District VOTE JOE!
As for the Governor's race, you do what you want to but I am protesting the fact that neither party has come up with a good candidate and voting for Russ Potts. He is the only one talking about the future and not just the death penalty and abortion. WE WANT POTS! WE WANT POTTS! www.russpotts.com

That's McNamara sorry!
May I say how incredible Mr. Presley looks in that picture?
Heather, are you a hottie wiff a boddie?
Actually, Oprah tried to put other people on the cover - but readers said they wanted her. Her franchise is enormous - I do focus groups all over the country, and my opening tongue-loosening game is to have everyone say who they would be if they could be anyone for 24 hours. The number one choice for women? Oprah. Number 2? Princess Di. Men? Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan or "W".
Women still say Princess Di? That's the real story here.
Blatherman...e-mail me.

Come ON now! All women want to be a Princess - some even try to act like one!
